K-Shop

K-Shop is your company's own online store, connected to Odoo. Odoo remains the place for the catalog, prices, stock, customers, orders and invoices. The store shows this data to the shopper and sends every purchase made on the site back to Odoo.

What it does

  • Catalog from Odoo. Products, variants, prices, stock, images, categories, brands and attributes are registered in Odoo and appear in the store.
  • Search and filters. Shoppers search by product name and filter the storefront by category, brand and attributes.
  • A cart that is already an Odoo order. When the shopper adds the first item, the cart is created as a sales order in Odoo and is updated with every change.
  • Checkout for individuals and companies. The shopper enters their details and the shipping and billing addresses, and the order is completed in Odoo.
  • Invoices from Odoo. The order's invoice (NF-e) is issued in Odoo itself, with the Brazilian localization.
  • Content pages. The store team edits the site's institutional and content pages.

How it works with Odoo

  1. The team registers and maintains the products in Odoo, as it already does for other sales.
  2. The Odoo catalog feeds the storefront, with price and stock.
  3. The shopper builds the cart, which is already recorded as a sales order in Odoo.
  4. When the purchase is completed, the order follows the Odoo sales flow, up to the invoice.
