KMEE AI

KMEE AI connects the AI assistants your company already uses, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, to your Odoo data. The team asks the assistant questions like "which customers have overdue invoices?", and the answer comes straight from Odoo, within the permissions the company has set.

What it does

  • Connects without installing anything in Odoo. KMEE AI talks to Odoo through the connection Odoo itself provides, and works with Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted servers.
  • Read access by default. The assistant looks up data; changing records is possible only when the company allows it, one type of record at a time.
  • Permissions per access key. For each key, the company chooses which types of record the assistant can read or change and blocks sensitive fields.
  • Access you define. Each connection queries Odoo with the credential configured for it and only reaches what that credential already sees in Odoo.
  • Team and roles. The company organizes people with owner, administrator and viewer roles.
  • Usage tracking. The portal shows the usage of each connection, with the type of record queried, the operation, the result and the duration of recent requests.

Who it is for

For companies that use Odoo and want to use the AI assistant they already subscribe to with their ERP data, with control over what it can see and do. It serves everyday questions, such as this month's orders, overdue invoices and stock below the minimum, without opening menus or exporting spreadsheets.

How it works with Odoo

  1. The company signs up on the KMEE AI Portal and creates its organization.
  2. It registers the connection to Odoo, and the portal reads the available types of record.
  3. It creates the access keys, with the permissions of each one.
  4. It connects the chosen AI assistant to the connection.
  5. The team starts asking the assistant, which queries Odoo within the permissions set.
